Official Degree Planning for Military Spouses Program Students

An academic plan is required if you are pursuing an AA degree at Coastline and/or if you are applying for financial aid. Students can request that an advisor prepare a Degree Plan for them by completing the Military Supplemental Information Form.

Please note that a Degree Plan/SOC Student Agreement will not be prepared until:

• The student is enrolled and underway in a course in our Military Spouses program
   
  - AND -
   
• The student has filled out the Military Degree Plan Request Form.

- AND -
 

• Official transcripts from all colleges previously attended have been received. (For information on where to send transcripts, please visit: http://military.coastline.edu/transcript_subm.cfm)

 

Once the form is received and these conditions have been met, the college will prepare the Degree Plan and mail it to the student's Coastline account. The process typically takes 3-4 weeks but could be lengthened during high volume periods. To inquire about a Degree Plan, please email lhayes@coastline.edu

DEGREE PLAN UPDATES/CHANGES

If you have ordered additional transcripts to be included in your evaluation, taken additional units at Coastline, or you wish to change your major, you may make a request ONCE PER YEAR by submitting the Degree Progress Update Form.
