Are you having trouble using MyCCC to register or access classes? We currently do have a known issue whereby many of our military students are unable to access some services from MyCCC, primarily the registration component. This access issue seems to affect all students in Japan, and sporadically at other locations. The matter is under investigation and we hope to have things worked out very soon. Basically, many of the network ports that the system uses are blocked by firewall systems for security purposes and pages do not get displayed properly. If you seem to be experiencing this access issue, we recommend that you re-attempt registration from a home or personal computer. If your only internet access is on-base and you do not have a home/personal computer, you can also register by submitting a hard-copy registration form via fax or email. A printable registration form can be found under Important Forms at http://military.coastline.edu/formsindex.htm. After you are successfully registered and classes have started, you can obtain information on accessing your class website by going to: http://military.coastline.edu/myccc_problem.cfm.
